Headquartered in Allen, Texas, Reliant at Home Inc (“Reliant”) is a home healthcare agency and hospice care provider offering a variety of in‐home services ranging from technical care to occupational therapy and medically‐necessary personal assistance, as well as end‐of‐life care. The company was founded in 2004 with a primary focus on providing home healthcare services to patients within assisted living facilities, and has since expanded to serve both facility‐based patients as well as home‐based patients.
